Arctic Auto Repair

I had an urgent repair needed on the brakes of my car. Tried my usual mechanic, but the wait was two weeks to get an appointment. On the recommendation of a neighbor, I took the car to Arctic Auto. They diagosed the problem, quoted a price, ordered the needed part, completed the repair the next day. Also offered to replace a cosmetic piece that was missing. Washed the car! Repair completed perfectly and the price was VERY reasonable! I highly recommend! I have found my 'go to' mechanic!

I am truly impressed with the service provided by this great gentleman and his shop. With over 37 years of experience, he inherited the art of mechanics from his father and has passed it down to his children. They are excellent, hardworking professionals. I don’t think I will find the same level of quality and speed anywhere in Atlantic City as I did here. I’ve been to many workshops, and as someone who understands this business, I can say he was very generous, went straight to the issue, fixed it quickly, and helped us get back home safely with the car repaired. I highly recommend them 100%. The owner and his team do outstanding work. My children and my wife were also very happy and impressed with the service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🚗🔧👏

I had a great experience at Arctic Auto Repair in Atlantic City. Sal provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. He was very attentive, took the time to understand the issue, and made sure everything was handled properly. What I appreciated most was how accommodating he was and how quickly he got me in and out without sacrificing quality. It’s not always easy finding someone you can trust with your car, but Sal definitely made this a smooth and stress-free experience. I truly appreciate his professionalism and would highly recommend this shop to anyone in the area.

During a recent visit from out of town, our car unexpectedly broke down. We panicked, but were fortunate enough to come across Arctic Auto Repair. From the very beginning, their warmth, kindness and professionalism stood out. The owner, Mr. Sal, not only took the time to thoroughly assess the issue and explain everything clearly, but also invited my family inside for coffee while we waited. What further impressed us about Mr. Sal and his team is that he gave us a complimentary ride back to our hotel so we wouldn’t be stranded or be left to deal with Uber. That level of care and compassion is truly rare and speaks volumes about the integrity and character of this business. The repair was handled efficiently, the pricing was fair, and the service exceeded all expectations. We are deeply grateful for Mr. Sal’s generosity and professionalism. If I lived in New Jersey, no doubt that Arctic Auto would become my go-to for any car issues. I really like that they are a small, family-owned business, rather than a greedy, corporate-owned place. Also worth mentioning that they speak English, Arabic, and Spanish. I would highly recommend Arctic Auto to anyone in need of honest, dependable, an
